Spa Etiquette and Rules

Bookings and Cancellations

At the time of your booking at Victorian Spa And Wellness Center, we request a credit card number or gift certificate number to hold your reservation. We require at least 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule any spa appointment and 72-hour notice for groups of two or more. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your spa appointment in less than 24 hours, a charge will be made to your card, or in the case of a gift certificate, adjustments will be made accordingly.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

In case you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pre-pay before being allowed to reschedule the service. If you do not show up for the second time, you'll be required to pay for the missed appointment as well as pre-pay for a future rescheduled appointment.

Arrive Early for Your Appointment

In order to preserve everyone's schedules, all spa services begin and end at the designated appointment times. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your service. 

If you are late, you deprive yourself of sacred moments in the spa. Guests will be charged for the full amount of the service in the event of late arrival, early departure, or no-show.

Take Care of Your Children

General Information

When booking your treatments, please notify our spa receptionist if you have any allergies, or physical disabilities, are pregnant, diabetic, or have any other health concerns. For men, shaving is recommended but not necessary before a facial. If you choose to shave before your facial, please do so at least four hours before your treatment. Shaving is not recommended before hair removal or body treatment services. To get the most out of your experience at Victorian Spa and Wellness Center, be sure to communicate any challenges, concerns, special needs, or questions to your spa therapist so that he or she can assure you of a positive experience. Please leave all valuables in the provided locker. We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal articles. When applicable, you will be provided with a robe and slippers to wear between treatments. During your treatment, you will be draped to protect your privacy. Surrender to the spa experience!

All products and sales are final. Payment is due at the time that services are rendered. Prices in the spa and store are subject to change without notice.

Gift Certificates

Treat a friend or loved one to a memorable experience with a gift certificate to Victorian Spa and Wellness Center! Gift certificates are redeemable for services and merchandise only and may not be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no change will be given for the remaining balances on the gift certificate.

All gift certificates have an expiration date. Guests must bring their original gift certificates with them to their appointments. Visit our clinic today. Walk-ins are available, but we prefer you book an appointment.
